theatrical distribution of Shahrukh Khan’s ‘Happy New Year’. It’s a well known
fact that when Shahrukh Khan and Yash Raj Films unite, explosion is bound to
happen at the box office. That is just what is expected from this explosive
combination once again.
RED CHILLIES ENTERTAINMENTS PVT LTD announced that the 2014
Diwali Release, “HAPPY NEW YEAR”, will be distributed worldwide exclusively by
YASH RAJ FILMS. Happy New Year, a Diwali release is a musical action
packed heist which is directed by Farah Khan and stars Deepika
Padukone, Shah Rukh Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Boman
Irani, Sonu Sood and Vivaan Shah. Music is
composed by Vishal and Shekhar. The film is Produced by Red Chillies
