Titli Director Kanu Behl: I’m Nervous About The Cannes Audience

Kanu Behl, the director of Titli recently said in an interview that he is nervous about the Cannes audience. Having been through personal conflict, and a tumultuous phase, Kanu Behl then decided to write Titli. Just like the name suggests, the butterfly was born. 

He talks about how Titli, at its core is as Indian as it gets, and is not inspired by any European film.

Overjoyed yet nervous at the prospect of his film getting selected at Cannes this year, the director has butterflies in his tummy at the thought. 

'Titli' is slated to make its world premiere under the 'Un Certain Regard' category at Cannes Film Festival 2014.
